Summer 2026
Subject to confirmation with City of Coquitlam staff, and subject to feedback from the first round of public engagement, Century Group will undertake a second round of engagement in Summer 2026. Round 2 of public engagement will provide updates on how feedback from round 1 was incorporated and resulted in changes to the project.
Spring 2026
Subject to confirmation with City of Coquitlam staff, and subject to feedback on the initial rezoning application, Century Group will undertake their first round of public engagement in Spring 2026, which may include virtual and in-person open houses, focus groups, and community pop-ups.
August 2025
In August 2025, Century Group submitted a rezoning application to the City of Coquitlam for Mackin Parkside. Century Group will be hosting two rounds of public engagement to introduce the application to the public, and to receive feedback.
